Hello.
Can someone kindly assist me with a LC MS (single quad) method of detecting chlorpyrifos.
I have tried using NH4OAC and ACN, but did not get the required peaks.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks in advance.
The methods I've used were with a C18 column and AN-water (containing 0.5% (v/v) HOAc). Going from memory, but I think one method was at 80 % AN. Of course, a lot depends on your sample matrix and other peaks of interest.
Thanks Russ..Basically I am doing single pesticide using the standard...Will try this method and see what happens...
