Hi, all

I work on a method with HPLC/Crorona CAD detector. It is an isocratic method with 80/20 ACN/pH 3.2 ammonium formate buffer. Blank and diluent is 80/20 ACN/Water.

I observed a peak consistantly at 7.8min in blank and smaples on a 150mmx 4.6mm column with flow at 1ml/min. UV desn't show this peak. The peak height is ~20pA and higher than my impurity peaks. I tried to change the acn/water ratio in diluent, it didn't help.

Anyone can offer ways to remove this peak?

Thanks,
What column is it? ie separation mode
