SPME quantification ?

Could you like exchange about experience SPME quantification?

on my own experience, SPME work better specially if you are working at trce level, but you have tobe carefull about the working condition, is very important keep the same condition for sample, and standar, and you have to be sure that you are using and adecuate fiber and absortion time, you can find a good reference on the supelco web, look teh bolletin "T101929-Bulletin 929-Guide to Quantitation with SPME.pdf", and finally What kind of compound you have to cuatify?

Years ago we used to use them for quantitation in a variety of sample types: including drillling muds. Even with these very challenging samples the fibers held up very well. They are surprisingly durable.
