Is it required Related substances chromatogram to be processed with auto integration?
And also how to do all the chromatograms with the same type of integration?

It will probably be extremely difficult to get all of the injections looking perfectly with one processing method ... some will look great while others, not so much. the key is to be consistent and try to get them to integrate as close to the same as possible
