autotune parameters in GC MS triple quad

I am a new GCMS user. Im encountering a lot of problem. We have agilent 7000 GCMS triple quad system. i left our instrument in standby mode for more than a week, upon returning i saw a lot of error messages. The GC was disconnected with the software and also the software cannot connect with the MS. we checked everything from network to firewall but nothing happened. Last resort was to turn off the MS unit without venting. And it solved the problem. But when i did an autotune, the results was not good. the abundance 219 is greater than the ion 69. is it normal? If not, what seems to be the problem?
can anyone help me?
Thanks,

I see the 219 higher than 69 fairly often on our instruments. For our purposes it is still acceptable unless there is a very large difference. Cleaning the source will normally bring it back in line, but not always. One Agilent service tech told me I could try dipping the coils to see if that would correct it, but I have not done so.

thank you so much. I have a criteria for autotune parameters and it did not pass the criteria.
the relative abundance of the following ion are listed below:
69 - 4015365 (100%)
219- 4506595 (112.2%)
264- 1333320 (33.2%)
414- 430268 (10.7%)
502 - 411260 (10.2%)
I will try to clean the source and see if it can correct our problem.
Thanks again

Ahh, yeah those parameters are much more strict than most off ours. Mine look like:
69 (100%)
219 (>35%)
502 (>2.4%)
