Vo and Vt standards for FPLC

Other than blue dextran (Vo) and tryptophan (Vt), what other standards can be used for FPLC? Thanks in advance.

What type of separation technique are you using? From the standards you have chosen I'm guessing your are doing Gel Permeation or Size Exclusion Chromatography.
Are you trying to establish a molecular weight/stokes radius calibration curve?
Do you have a range of sizes in mind?

I am using FPLC to look at HDL particle size. These sizes range from <7.1nm to >12.6nm.
