Varian Workstation: execute an external program

Hi,

I have an automated Varian GC-MS 4000 with on-line sampling.
During each sampling I need to execute an external program at end of a method when the SMS file is ready.
Is it possible with Varian Workstation to execute an external program at the and of each sampling run?
