Connection problem!Empower with Agilent 1260.

Connection problem!Empower with Agilent 1260.

Hello,guys

Maybe someone could help me on that issue on Empower 2 :

Agilent 1260.

Can't connect,just "instrument Failure".

What happened?

the connection is very well,when that system work with 1200

make sure you have the correct empower release feature
check out the firmwares on the system
are they the minimum requirement or above from software specs

Hi,

The 1260 isn't as of yet supported by empower. You do need the latest ICS 1.06 at a minimum for the control of Agilent equipment. Also what level of empower are you?

It can be connected and used in empower.
