Autotune passing criteria for 5975c

Hi guys,
I'm just wondering if anyone has any general passing criteria for an autotune, I know what should be looked for, but I am wondering if there are any actual limits. I am writing up some methods and I need to include tuning criteria and what to look for.
Thx
Jarrod

I keep a spreadsheet with peak abundance (target 250K), number of peaks (target 100), mass accuracy, EM voltage (cleanliness?), isotope ratios, water and nitrogen (leaks?), all from stunes on Agilent 5975. EM voltage usually starts to move when I need to think about cleaning the internal bits.

Run 'tune evaluation' from the same menu as the rest of the tuning options.

I just save the auto-tune printouts, and the air check printouts.
I check the tuning compound ratios, leaking issues, and EM volts on the horn (should remain consistent <2000) unless the source gets dirty or the filament/horn goes bad. you can ramp the repeller in the same pull down menu to see if it is dirty.
