WATERS 2475 Fluorescence detector problem

After powering up, shows " Electronic A/D failure" and "Reference A/D saturated "

usually front amplifier PCB issue. How old is the detector and has anything been done to it, i.e a service or PM?
The 2475 is about 5 years old.
Just replaced the xenon lamp .
