Cerity OQ/PV test failed

I have problem in the three tests that I ran in the Cerity OQ/PV:
- Test case manager test: OQ Integration (Chemstation Signal) Test Suite Failed, all of 20 steps of this test
- Reprocessing Test: The chromatograms of the report are not well generated.
- Acquisition Buffering Test: When I run the test sequence I get the screenshot error (buffering.jpg)
