Hi!
What gas flows do you set in FID?
Does your gas generators in proper condition?

the GC is three channel and other channel are ok. anyway carrier gas is heluim, makup is nitrogen from plant, hydrogen from generator and air from plant. if problem was related to gas we should have some noise in other channel but only one have noise!

Could just be a detector that needs a regular cleaning maintenance.

might not be related, but I occassionnaly find it suprising, that when operators change flame tip, they do not spend 30s to check for ferrule residues (from overtightning etc), that may cause similar random spikes, depending on desing I suppose.
