Checking calibration standards against calibration table

I am using an Agilent 1200 Series HPLC with Chemstation Software. I am testing for RDX in wastewater at an explosives plant. I must run a check standard everyday to see if it is within 3 % of the value of the same standard in the calibration table. I know I can put this information into an excel spreadsheet to record the check. Is there a function in Chemstation that would call the standard check acceptable or not acceptable based on this range and the value in the cal table? I may even check more than one standard against the cal table.
Also, when I tested pharmaceuticals, we would do a system suitability check daily. Is this necessary if I am running this check against a calibration table that indicates everything is working in the same manner as before?
Is there a 'system suitability' type feature in Chemstation?
Thanks for any input you may have.
