Faulted varian 1177 injector

Our 1177 Varian 1177 injector show fault could you give me the steps to resolve this problem, until 150 degree Celsius it was OK but beyond it it was faulty.

The steps to resolve this problem (and many others):

Step 1 - look in the operator's manual.

Step 2 - phone your local technical support (this has variable success depending on company and location).

In this case the problem appearing only when the inlet is supposed to heat above 150 C I suugest that you check whether or not a maximum temperature has been wrongly set in the GC setup.
