GC-FPD detector shutdown due to flameout

I'm working on an Agilent 6890N GC with an FPD detector. I've put a new mainboard, new transfer line, and new dual-wave weldment block in. My FPD boards and PMTs are working ok. I've tested my H2 and air flows at the exhaust with a room temperature block. My gases are flowing fine. I put a new glow plug and o-ring in. My heater/sensors are working fine. My exhaust tube is not clogged. Why can I not get my flame to lite and stay lit?

Hotter is better than cooler. Also, the 7890 uses a higher set of flows to light (I believe 100 and 200) which I turn down after it is lit. I suspect the 6890 does something similar. I will set the detector temp to 185 or 190 to light and then turn it down once it is lit. I will also turn the flows down only after it is lit.

Having said all that, I still have issues getting it to light so I am looking at other techniques as opportunity permits.

Thanks for the input.
I did finally discover that though it looked like my signal was ramping up when the detector was trying to lite, one of my FPD boards was still not good. After replacing one of the boards again, my problem ceased.
