How to insert the E-signature table in Advance report template?

We have the prolem about the report template. We want to insert the E-signature table into the sequence summary report (summary.tpl) which is the advance report template.

We found that Ezchrom allowed us to insert the E-signature table only in the custom report template (*.rep).
