Interest in Learning Large Molecule Techniques

Discussions about HPLC, CE, TLC, SFC, and other "liquid phase" separation techniques.

Does anyone know of a good book or training course on large molecule techniques.

I am speaking of chromatography with large molecules, but also Wester Blots and Elizas etc.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
My "go to" book is Cunico, Gooding, and Wehr's "Basic HPLC and CE of Biomolecules". Here's a link to it on Amazon:
