Anybody has experience running water samples for 1,4-Dioxane? I'm trying to run 1,4-Dioxane at RL of 2.5 UG/L with other VOCs using 8260, low RL of 1,4-Dioxane is achievable by using SIM mode, but is it possible to do it using SCAN mode? Thanks a lot.

I have recently returned from a conference where this was a popular topic. Required reporting limits are quickly decreasing for this compound. Most are doing this by SIM. Some are doing LVI (large volume injection) along with SIM by 8270. This method would give a reporting limit of around 0.1ug/l.
