With the development of Pharmaceutical and Biochemical and other relevant Industries rapidly,Preparative HPLC Separation and Purification Technology is getting more and more widely used and developed.It is the most important method for Complex compounds of Separation and Purification

Especailly for Natural Product and biomolecules(Peptide,Protein and so on).In order to get the desired separation ,The chromatography Column packing should be met with some requirements that are the Continuity, homogenization, stability and tightness.

The Chromatography Column Packing,especially Industrial Production Scale packing which has Big diameter is very difficult. The traditional Packing Method can be devided into dry packing and Slurry Packing.The dry packing is clumsy and Column Performance is not good and The Packing Materials is very easy to distribute around the Column Wall when you pack,But Slurry Packing density can not be distributed uniformly.The density that is close to column wall is very high and the reproducibility of Chromatography Column is bad..If the Column that has a big diameter is packed by traditional method,then the column bad is not stable and it will reduce the separation performance….
