Reversed phase HPLC method for Terpene hydrocarbon Myrcene

I need an RP method for detection of terpene hydrocarbon myrcene. Will appreciate suggestion about column and mobile phase choice. I can not use normal phase in my current HPLC. TLC method is not very sensitive.
That would probably be better done by GC.

correct me if i'm wrong but aren't those compounds non-polar? if they are you should be fine with C18. I'd start off with a water/acetonitrile mobile phase. Find out the pKa for each and choose a buffer if needed.

BTW...are those compounds from hops?
