PAH GC OVEN PROGRAMME

Could any one pls. tell me a GC programme for PAH analysis. I am using PE clarus 600c GCMS. My column is Elite 5-MS 30 m length 0.25 mm dia & film thickness 0.5.

(I used DB-5 because it is a common designation of a 5% phenyl column).

I am working on agilent 5975C MSD withTriple-Axis Detector

and find these condition perfect for the analysis of pah expcet that it takes long time run
start with 100 to 310 4º/min then hold time for 20 min it takes about 72 min each run
helieum is the carrier gas 1.7 ml/min flow mode
transfer line 150 injector 280
