Experience with Agilent Ion Trap auto MS/MS ?

Hi everyone, I'm about to start some work with an Agilent ion trap MS and I would like to develop a screening method for it using the auto MS/MS function. I know it might be a long shot but has anyone tried this out? Any tips on how well it works?
