can i need help to know the volume of each chemical in order to prepare 1L mobile phase?
the mobile phase require 30 volumes 0f methanol, 35 volumes of potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate and 40 volumes of acetonitrile.. thanks for helping.
Hard to say exactly because volumes of polar organic solvents with water are not additive (the final volume is smaller). If you use 300, 350, and 400 mL, you will probably be a bit over 1L (as a guess, about 1.02 - 1.03 L).
