Hi all,Good Day.
I read many materials and found simple phase diagram to optimize HPLC mobile phase relatively easy and less time consuming. The predicted chromatogram also similar with experiment. I read more on it but could not understand the way of calculation- product Rs and In k. The formulas are below. Also what software they use to build the diagram. If any one can share the example of calculation, it will be meaningful for me and other people in this forum as not everyone get the oppurtinity to interact with the LC experts directly to clear their doubts. Please advise.
