Excitation walvelenth in ZETALIF Discovery Detector

I'm just buying Laser-Induced ZETAFIF Discovery Detector - dedicated
for melatonin pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, using ULTIMATE 3000
microHPLC under Chromeleon.

Has enyone works on such detector, and what about selection opimal Ex/Em
in such type of detector. I need version for multiple HPLC problems
(vitamin D3 - 370/440 nm; melatonin - 224/348 nm or 290/348 nm;
ganciclovir 285/380 nm; hydrochlorothiazide - 265/370 nm; glycans -
330/420; IgG - 488/532 nm; topotecan - 361/527 nm.
