Dear All

We are using Maxum II GC to measure Methyl chloride,Vinyl chloride ,ethyl chloride and Di-chloro ethane (all are in PPM) in inlet stream of EO reactor. Measurement technique is FID.Cycle time is -10 to 750 sec. Other chemicles present in stream are methane, ethylene, ethane, oxygen, nitrogen,EO,water.
We have observed ghost peak coming any where on base line.
Even Seimens engineer from Germany could not found reason behind it.
He have given suggestion of using membrane filter in SCS, but after using their is no improvement.
Can any body help me to solve this problem.
