cannabis using shimadzu GCMS2010.

We are using the above instrument in SIM mod to measure cannabis. Our problem is that the peaks elute jagged (rough shaped). The problem is shown only when using cannabis after derivitazion process. if we inject other drugs the instrument behaves normal without jagged peaks.

Has anybody experienced the same problem?
