Empower export - file missing

Empower export - file missing

I've been trying to export result set data to a text/tsv file to open in excel. For whatever reason, Empower is not generating any output file in the destination folder. What am I doing wrong?

export method just calls up a report method, you have to specify report method on one tab, file type and path on another tab... you did all that?
