Which column is good for the seperation of IPA and acetone

If you have a good programmable oven and a cold injector port, you could probably do that w/ any packed column (or empty tubing).

Moderate to very polar columns will do the best job on this separation, whether packed or capillary.
Carbowax to a less polar 1701 will separate these two analytes.
There is an amazingly close elution on methyl silicone and porous polymers, isn't there?

Do not use a 624 since they nearly co-elute or only just resolve (even though its good for solvents generally).

That is correct, a 3% cyanopropyl 3% Phenyl methyl silicone (624 aka 1301) is less polar than the 1701 (7% cyanopropyl 7% phenyl methyl silicone), but anything more polar should be fine for the separation of acetone and isopropanol.

You might also want to consider using a PLOT column. I got some very good separations of polar solvents on a PLOT-Q column a few years back, although I don't remember if your two analytes were in the mix.

I have seen haysep s , carbowax , poropak work also several cap columns such as RTX BAC1, RTX BAC 2, and RTX 200.

My records show (approx) Kovat indices:
on non-polar silicone - acetone 487, isopropanol 488
on OV1701 equivalent - acetone 589, isopropanol 601.
These were measured with temperature programming so the correspondence with the literature won't be too good, but it's an indication.

Supelco's Equity 1701 will separate acetone and IPA at 40°C very cleanly, even when dissolved into water. More polar columns should also separate these two analytes.
