Hi,
Can anyone send me a picture or link of Polymyxine B Sulphate Chromatrogram which shows and list the peaks of B1, B2, B3 etc. I have run this a couple of years ago and a project has come up and just need one so that i can confirm my peaks for my calculations.

Thanks.

If possible send me Gramcidin and Bacitracin as i am trying all three.

I have sorted the peaks and have references but now i have an issue.
Analysing the raw material samples is not a problem but when it comes analysing the finished product i have a problem preparing the sample of the finished product.
The raw material itself i have no problems and the repeatability is bang on.
The finished product is in petrolatum and mineral oil base , i have tried mixing the sample in polysorbate 80 and then adding it to hot water, cool to room temperature then filter but the peaks are not coming out good. Any suggestions?

Moble phase is Acetonitrile/Water

Dissolve in an organic solvent and then extract with an aqueous buffer?
