I Have a TSQ Quantum XLS in my Lab, When I start the machine show me in the vacuum control windows the next mesage: System Vented

- I tested leaks in the GC and Detector
- I tested leaks in the column

Whe I go to help it show the next information:

" The vacuum has been broken. There may be a problem with the power entry module"

Can anybody help me with that?

Cheers

Rodrigo
Do you know IF there is a vacuum produced? If so it might be a defect ion gauge (vacuum measurement). If not there might be a problem with the pump (pump, power supply, ...)
Either way, I think this call's for a technician.
