I have a paper by restek that lists about 280 pesticides that can be done by lcesimsms - some negative but mostly positive ion modes. Are there any other freebies out there?

thanks.
I am actually trying to determine if I can screen for the possible crop chemicals by syringe/lc/esi/ms/ms for a specific crop in our state (or any state that has a good database). It sounds do-able (detection limits notwithstanding). Given the transitions and instrument conditions database(s), I can write the program. You've been very helpful.
again, thanks.

You can also try asking your instrument manufacturer. One of ours supplied us with a hefty file containing transitions and collision energies etc for a huge number of pesticides and other compounds. Of course you'll probably have to do a little fine tuning for your methods.
