Is it possible to check the total run time for a sequence?

if I got what u mean the answer is yes as u set up the method u can know the total run time and as the run goes on the actual time will be shown in the interface screen on ur Pc

I just multiply the

(number of injections) x (actual run time + estimated or measured cool-down time)
