Ethylene Glycol in the Sample Matrix

I have around 10% ethylene glycol and 90% water in my sample matrix.
I plan to run LC under the following conditions: Column - C-18, mobile phase - 0.01 M ammonium phosphate at pH 2.8, Injection Volume - 10 microL, UV Detector - 200 nm. I am analyzing Lysine in this sample.
Is 10% ethylene glycol going to clog, or damage my column?
