Dear Sir,
In the morning when i started the GC, there is Flame out problem in FID after inspecting it was found that Flame tip ferule was damage, after changing the ferule. Flame was On but area of last peak of Mixure increased at 280, what is the reason, is it because of loose ferule, because i have finger tighten the nut.

Thanks
Without checking the manuals (as you should have done) it's difficult to be sure, but finger tight is probably not tight enough.

The increase in peak area is probably because the detector has up to now been running poorly, with a leaking ferrule that took time to deteriorate to the point that the flame would not burn. This might have some implications for the validity of results.
