Can't creat result.csv file after test

I am using HP6890 connect with 5973N MSD. After cleaned the ion source and reboot all system, I couldn't get the result.csv (the MSD report file) in each tested data folder. So I tried to re-config the system, then got everything back.
However, few days later, same issue happened again (without turning anything off, just ran few samples), and this time the csv file didn't come back after several times re-configuration. I checked the folder before and after this problem happened, there are 3 file are missing, result.csv and the other 2 txt files.
Has anyone encountered the same issue before? Sould I give up trying and reinstall the ChemStation? If so, what should I be careful before reinstall ChemStation (version D.01)?

Hi just out of curiosity what spec is the unit you are using? could be a memory failure if it isn't too good.
