Any experience with Turbomass custome reports?

I am trying to use the turbomass reporting functions, I've had a PE rep in assisting with this and am still having a ton of frustration. The program is not user friendly. Are there any software programs out there that can take the "raw data" from turbomass and use it to generate reports in a more user friendly program?
