Can you process multiple sample sets together to make one result set?

This depends on many factors, chief among them: what CDS are you using?

In Empower 3 you can. You can process individual injections from different Sample Sets and create Processing Only Sample Set. Excellent for Stage 2 Acceptance Value and possibly Dissolution too.
