Dear all,
I understand that the column bore size affect the resoultion of GC-MS analysis. We are currently using 0.32 mm ID column for our instrument, but I would like to know what would happen if we replace it with narrower bore one (say 0.25 mm ID). Is there any example figures which will visualize the difference between two analyses (0.25 mm vs. 0.32 mm). Thanks!
