cellulose and PEG (Polyethylene Glycol) HPLC method ?

looking for a hplc assay method for the above constituents.
That's done by SEC/GPC (water soluble compounds). A polymer based SEC column would be my first choice.

cellulose is not very soluble - best way to analyse cellulose is to hydrolyse it to glucose then analyse the released glucose.

For PEG - HPSEC should be Ok.

For cellulose HPLC do not apply. This is a very high molecular weight polysaccharide. PEG-PEG is different. PEG-400 is one, and PEG-40M is another.
