Hi,

I'd really appreciate your feedback. I have two polyols with almost identical boiling points (ca. 295 C). One elutes at an RT of ca. 11 min with OK ELSD signal as well as UV signal), the other elutes at ca. 7 min with OK UV signal but without an ELSD signal using ca, 75:25 to 80:20 (ACN:water) on a non RP column. Can you explain why I'm not seeing a peak for both and only for one using ELSD?

Thanks very much, Ninus
Hi,
For "oils" ELSD sensitivity smallest UV sensitivity for diens .
