I have used anion column such as ALLSEP and SHODEX,but it only use several weeks.what column did you use?how about life-span?
Nobody can answer your question without more information. For example I know columns can last for decades if you leave them sealed up in the box.

In your case, in order to be able to answer your question we need to know what are the chromatographic conditions you are using and what type of samples you are injecting?
Good judgment comes from bad experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.
Dear wsj365

One is able to kill any column with certain samples almost immediately. Therefore column lifetime is not only a question of the manufacturer but also of the user and its samples and sample preparation.

thanks for your reply.the chromatographic conditions has been according to the instruction of the column absolutely.the life-span is so shot because of the limited of the column capacity.I am in china and could you supply the column for me ?
