Data acquisition for Shimadzu SPD-M10Avp

Hello

I have a slight problem with finding some data acquisition software which allows me to control a SPD-M10Avp directly. I have the CLASS VP software but this needs the system controller to be working in order to acquire data from the SPD (the SIL system is broken).

So is there any way to control/acquire data directly from the SPD-M10Avp without having the system controller?

Chromeleon is able to to control the SPD-10M and to aquire data. I am not sure that it works without any controller, as you have to configure a "timebase" and probably need a 'start' signal.

Thanks for the quick answer. I Installed the Chromeleon software and your quite right. Its specified in the help topics, where it also says that you only need the SCSI connection to control and aquire data. So i think the problem has been fixed, just need to find the right dongle for the job. Again thank you for your help
