Separation of (+) Narwedine and (-) Narwedine was achieved on Chiralpak AD-H column using a mobile consisting of n-propanol. During the method development, I have used iso-propanol and separation was failed. Can anybody explain the different between n-propanol and iso-propanol in the above column?
