Help with Chemstation upgrade

My company purchased a new computer per LIMS requirements. We also decided to upgrade Chemstation from the old version D.00.01 to E.02.00. Any suggestions on how to make this upgrade from the old computer and software to the new, as seamless as possible? I appreciate any input you may provide!

We also decided to upgrade Chemstation from the old version D.00.01 to E.02.00.
Wow - we're still using A.06 through A.10.
