Hello,
I have a problem with the settings in Open Lab for the GC 7890A ..
The analysis requires a manual injection, and the only available parameters for obtaining that is to :
-set the trigger for manual in the method settings
- leave blank vial and volume for the sequence
The aquistion starts with a message that prompts me to click on yes, for the data aquistion , but the injection is made manually and the starting should be made from the instrument directly, not from the software.
If I do not give the strat from OL, and after injection press the start button on the instrument, the GC starts , but no acquisition is made in OL, until I confirm from the software.
The PC is far from the instrument, and due to this , the retention time shifts.
Any suggestions? Thank you
