UV detector cell temperature

Hello chromatographers,
I need to ask a question about temperature settings of the UV detector generally in HPLC systems, we previously had a Shimadzu LC 2010 CHT HPLC "1 block" sytem, and UV settings were either low, high or ambient, we used the default "low". Now we installed Shimadzu Prominence modular system with slight software changes, and cell temperature field requires a number input..
Can anyone tell me what is generally used and how to decide on the used temperature?
Temperature can influence both the absorption coefficient and the wavelength max. For that reason it's not a bad idea to control it. So, I think it's a nice feater you have there.

In most cases and probably in yours as well, it is adequate to set the flow cell temperature at the same value as the column temperatur.
