Hy guys.
I enjoyed your forum. I found your posts very useful.
I'd like to share a sequence generator excel file. I did it because it saves me time when I have to do dissolution test with different withdrawal times or when I collect samples from a Franz Cell.
In fact in the sequence editor wizard you can’t change two variables per time.
This is how it works:
In the SST box you write how many System suitability standard you want to inject
Then you can activate the SST check box if you want to inject them from the same vial
In Samples per drawing you write how many samples you collect at every dissolution time
In Drawing time you write withdrawal times spaced by comma, like 1,2,3,4,5 and then you select from the adjacent box if they are minutes or hours
Then you name your samples and you check the date box if you want today’s date in format YYYYMMDD
At this time you say how often you want to inject std (like every 3 samples)
In the next box you can choose how often you change your std vial (i.e. every 10 std injection)
Finally you digit how many std you want to inject at the end of sequence, like 2 times for example.
When you finish you press Generate Sequence and then copy and paste in the right column of your sequence table editor. it works fine with agilent and waters system. In the last one you have to set your Sample Name if names are cutted. I hope it works right if it doesn’t please tell me your bugs.
