In patent called "stable pharmaceutical compositon containing amlodipine besylate and atenolol" describes that Amlodipine besylate was found to be incompatible with gelatin, PVP, Hydroxy propyl cellulose, sodium alginate.
in our formulation we get contineously decrease in assay value of amlodipine under accelarated conditions and it is not reflected in related substance determination, so there might be chances of non chromophoric impurity generation so, i have asked that question on basis of the patent tht any body is in experience with this kind of problem.
this is innovative for me because i think it is better to solve simple problems
thanks all
