Hi everyone,

I started working on Agilent LC-MS/MS Ion Trap 6320. I have no prior experience working with traps.

I want to set up and MRM method. How do I do this? Should I just optimize ms for the parent ion and desirable fragments? It seems weird compare to quads where voltages are optimized for daughter ions. I am confused. Please help!
